By Anon  I'm sorry to tell you that Consumer Affairs will not get you very far. They lie to them too. These people have no scruples. We then went to VCAT (they no showed) and now the Sheriff Office are onto them with a civil warrant. The best we can hope for is a) CAV do not renew their business license and b) potential customers read up on them before purchasing and they eventually go out of business!

By Anon  I have now got consumer affairs onto them. Lie after lie. No return of calls or letters. Second rate product that was never fitted properly. They never had issuescontacting us for payment though!
