"'ve just had the carpets steam cleaned by Puredry. The whole job took 30 minutes. I was charged an additional $30 for 'sanitiser' to stop mouldy smell. This was advised by George their 'tech'. This is despite the 'free' mould and deodorising treatments. There was no pre-vacuum done. There was no stain treatment done. There was no pre-inspection other than checking I'd already moved all the furniture onto the balcony. Once the magic spray was sprayed and steam cleaner went over the carpets they packed up and went. The invoice says I was charged $30 for extra cleaning. Let me state clearly now that no extra cleaning was done. In fact I wouldn't say that the cleaning that was quoted was done. To say I am thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. Pure Dry is not the cheapest when it comes to quotes and on this evidence not straight or professional." Fri, Jun 10th, 1pm
