"Melita cleaning man arrived at my house and proceeded to tramp dog poo all though the house. No apology, no concern, no offer to clean the mess up. He then sprayed water all over my walls and ceiling and flooded the floor with 1/2" of water. Then the owner 'Eddie' rings up and abuses myself and my wife and tells me I shoudn't worry about dog poo on the floor - the nerve! This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Terrible service, very unprofessional shonky operation. It wasn't so much the poo and water flooding as the way the owner 'Eddie' treated me." Fri, Aug 13th, 8pm

"This guy came out and did a good job for us. He was on time and polite. We paid him in full at the time with my wifes Visa card. There were no problems until one month later he debited my wifes Visa card a further unauthorised $100 for no reason. After repeated calls to him asking why he had done this. He told us he'd look into it and give us a call back. He never called us back after repeated calls to him. We have now contacted our bank to try and get the $100 put back to our account. "Today 8/8/10 i was shocked to be confronted with a rude, agressive, disrespectful man who was the manager of the balwyn property on Belmore rd in Melbourne. I walked in after taking off my shoes and as i entered and said to him that this is the only display home i had to take my shoes off. He replied in a rude way if you dont want to stay you can leave. I was disgusted with his reply!!! As i walked in further i turned around to my friend and said how rude he was. He continued to be rude and to our amazement he kicked us out. I asked him if he was the manager to which he replied im ----grollo and you can report me if you like. I told him i will. At that time when he asked us to leave there were other people looking at his rude attitude. My friend and I didnt want to leave as we already took off our shoes. We also had an 8 year old girl with us which was the most terrible experience for her. She started crying in the car as she got scared from the perso'ns agressive attitude. If this is cstomer approach and response i would hate to think building a house with Grollo what would entail. I will surely tell all my friends in all areas of the building indusry about my experience. It spoilt our day and all other display homes on Belmore rd Balwyn were not surprised as they have come across customers with proir complaints from this same man in the Belmore rd Balwyn display Grollo house!!
