About Master Tradie


Master Tradie was created with a simple vision: allow people to find tradies online and read their reviews. After all, we all listen to our friends when they tell us they know a 'good plumber' or 'a trustworthy mechanic' so we thought why not listen to reviews from other people online!?. With Master Tradie it allows tradespeople to receive the benefits too. Our marketing tools revolve around the 'find a tradie' SMS and online service, allowing paid advertisers to have access to priority driven search results and blogging tools to promote their business.

Master Tradie is lead by a strong team with experience in creating and delivering innovative marketing solutions to tradespeople.


Management

Luc Pettett, Managing Director


Founding Master Tradie in 2008 Luc manages the strategical and technical movement of Master Tradie with a particular emphasis on creating new products and ideas. In late 2007 while working in London Luc discovered that Australia was lacking a familiar brand for the online listing of tradespeople. With some ideas of his own as to how this could be done work began in early 2008. After funding the project himself and empowering developers with the ideas by late 2008 a prototype was released. Master Tradie was born! Since it's launch Luc focussed on expanding the member benefits by SMS and radio advertising - Master Tradie has never stopped growing since!

Darren Quinn, Customer Relationship Director


Joining the team in early 2009 Darren immediately turned Master Tradie into something even more exciting. By working with a small team Darren brought more excitment and passion to Master Tradie by increasing the feedback given to tradies and building relationships with each and every customer. Instantly his results were shown, with a massive jump the in number of advertisers on Master Tradie along with large increases in satification rates. Darren has experience with building online communities after working for Yahoo Australia as a Technical Relationship Manager.
